Hamilton Cushion Form 14K

Rare Hamilton "Cushion Form" men's Art Deco design wristwatch in solid 14K green gold, circa 1929.

This is the final and most stylized version of the "Cushion Form" and has a flared and ornately engraved center case body. It was introduced in 1929 and priced to consumers at $75.00. It is quite rare, with only 677 watches produced in solid green gold. The watch is in excellent condition showing only very light wear. The green gold has developed a pleasing, deep patina. Caseback is excellent and unengraved, with a small ding. The case measures 33mm long and 29mm wide. Refinished exploding numeral dial is superb. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 987 manual wind movement, serviced a few years ago and still running strong.

Price $1,100. SOLD
