Elgin Model E-4 14K
Very rare Elgin "Model E-4" men's Art Deco design wristwatch in solid 14K green gold, circa 1928.
The "Model E-4" was priced at $55.00 in 1928 and is very rare in solid green gold. This is the only the second example I have ever offered. It is in excellent condition showing only light wear. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. Case measures 34mm long and 28mm wide. Factory-original new-old-stock dial is superb, has gold embossed numerals. Glass crystal is superb. The watch is powered by its correct 15-jewel Elgin grade 428 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
