Lord Elgin "Model 4602" men's Retro Modern design wristwatch in 14K yellow gold fill, circa 1947.
The "Model 4602" has a small square case with large flexible lugs. This example is in crisp, excellent condition with no brassing. Caseback is superb and unengraved, with most of its factory brushed finish. Case measures 48mm long and 21mm wide. Original black nickel finish dial is superb, has gilt inlaid Roman numerals and markers. Has new domed glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 21-jewel Elgin grade 559 manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
