Rare Tribune “Zig-Zag” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in white and green rolled gold plate, circa 1928.

This high Art Deco design watch has green gold filled panels with zig-zag designs. It is the only example I have ever seen of this case design, made by the Diel Watch Case Co. This example is in excellent condition showing only light wear to the plating, and one small nick near 7 o'clock.  Caseback is very good unengraved, with some light wear along the edges. The case measures 35mm long and 26mm wide. Original two-tone luminous dial is good, with some patina from age. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by a 15-jewel Tribune-branded (A. Schild 341 base caliber) manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.
