Very scarce Hamilton “Turner” men’s Machine Age design wristwatch in 10K yellow gold fill, circa 1935.

The “Turner” has a very distinct, casket-shaped case and was priced at $37.50 in 1935. While just over 6,000 were produced in both yellow and white, the Hamilton sales records show that less than 2,000 of those were fitted with this two-tone black numeral and marker dial. This example is in very good condition with some light brassing to the lugs. Caseback is very good, with a name engraving and some light wear in the corners and along the edges. The case measures 39mm long and 27mm wide. Original two-tone dial is excellent. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 987-F manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong.

Price $450. SOLD
