Scarce Hamilton “Cushion” men’s Modern design wristwatch in sterling silver, circa 1925.

The sterling silver “Cushion” is fairly scarce, with just 2,588 produced with the 986A movement from 1923 to 1929. It was priced to consumers at $50.00 in 1925. This example is in very good condition, with the unpolished case showing only very light wear and slight patina. Caseback is excellent, with a name engraving and some faint dents. Case measures 35mm long and 27mm wide. Older refinished dial is good, with some areas of patina. Has new glass crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 986A manual wind movement, just serviced and running strong. Has vintage dark brown sharkskin strap.

Price $350. SOLD
